Career Services

The Career Services program offers personalized job search assistance and career counseling on a sliding scale fee. Services include career assessment (testing), individual career counseling, resume assistance, interview preparation, guidance regarding successful networking, how to find online resources, identify hidden job opportunities and much more.  Click on the title of each program for further information.

Career Assessments and Individual Counseling

Career interest and personality tests can be a great way to identify the jobs and work environments where you may be happy. We offer individualized interpretations of the two most widely used tests, the Strong Interest Inventory and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Schedule an initial appointment with a career counselor to discuss your career situation and decide if an assessment is appropriate. Day and evening appointments are available.

Personalized Job Coaching

One-to-one personalized assistance with job hunting. Counselors can help you develop a successful job search strategy. The service is very affordable. Day and evening appointments are available.

Career Counseling can benefit almost anyone who is looking for a job or thinking about changing careers. We can help if you are:

  • Female or Male

  • Unemployed or underemployed

  • Employed but looking for a better job

  • Changing careers

  • Unsure of the job you really want

  • Sure of the job you want, but unsure how to get it
