Co-Parenting For Life

The YWCA of Boulder County is one of two court-approved providers for the Co-Parenting For Life Class in the Twentieth Judicial District.

The YWCA is a nonprofit organization that has been serving Boulder County for more than 80 years. Our licensed professionals provide court ordered Co-Parenting for Life seminars, individual support, career counseling, and more. If you need childcare, our drop-in childcare center, Children's Alley, is available for your use and will provide a meal for your child(ren). See the Children's Alley section below for further details.

The Co-Parenting Seminar is a three-hour class and a parenting book is included.

CLASS FEE - $75
Prepayment is required to hold your spot in the class. Also, if you would like childcare, please call Children's Alley at 303-449-1951 at least 48 hours in advance.

The YWCA accepts credit cards, cash or money orders for payment. The YWCA does not accept checks as payment for the Co-Parenting for Life class.

Reduced fees for the Co-Parenting class are available based on monthly income and number of persons in the household. To make a request, please call (303) 443-0419.  Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance in order to be considered.

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATE YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Arrive on time
2. Provide your Case # to the YWCA (The Case # begins with the year you filed for divorce followed by "DR" followed by your specific number)
3. Make childcare reservations at least 48 hours in advance (for those using Children's Alley)

CHILDREN'S ALLEY
Children's Alley is the area's only drop-in, temporary childcare program. Children's Alley serves children ages six weeks to 12 years old. For the Co-Parenting Class, pre-registration is required, at least 48 hours in advance, and the fee is based on a sliding scale. Please fill out the enrollment form and bring with you.
