Career Services- The only personalized, low-cost career counseling program and job search resource center in Boulder County. The YWCA’s one-on-one approach distinguishes it from government programs and enables career goal clarification that helps match our clients’ interests and strengths with available jobs. Specialty programs for the older worker are also featured.

Children's Alley - Boulder County’s only temporary, drop-in childcare center. The program provides families with a convenient childcare option when there is a sudden or short-term need for childcare. The program serves children ages six weeks to 12 years old and offers extended hours including evenings and Saturdays. All families are welcome and fees are based on a sliding scale.

Co-Parenting After Divorce - Teaches strategies on effective parenting and communication with children, tips on telling children about the divorce and how to help their children deal with their emotions. The course also teaches cooperative parenting, anger management, and negotiation.

EDGE: Girls Empowerment Program – The EDGE is a group of programs that prepare girls to develop the adaptability and resiliency needed to meet the challenges of the future. These programs teach leadership, build self-confidence and foster community awareness. In addition, activities focus on developing technical aptitude, computer and communication skills, and involve job shadowing and the participation of dedicated mentors.

Family Resource Center - Offers a continuum of support to families facing multiple barriers to their economic sustainability and emotional well-being. A dedicated staff member works with families in finding solutions to their specific challenges and setbacks enabling them to succeed.

Lifeskills - A training program for women and men who are transitioning from receiving welfare to gaining economic self-sufficiency. The program helps participants to overcome self-defeating behaviors and obstacles to create a better life for themselves and their families.

Public Policy Committee/Racial Justice - Advocates for positive change benefiting children, empowering women and girls, and eliminating racism. The Committee collaborates with the Boulder County Movement for Children, a volunteer group that annually produces the Status of Children Report, hosts a legislative forum, and participates in advocacy efforts for the well-being of all children in Boulder County.

Wise Women - A program enabling participants, ages 45-65, to conduct the best possible transition to the next 20-30 years of their lives. Topics focus on issues such as money management, health and wellness and personal growth.
