Gayle Doud
Gayle leads Product for JumpCloud's Growth Engineering team, which uses data driven experiments to improve user experience and improve core metrics for the business. A member of Boulder's Tech community for nearly a decade, she's passionate about empowering female leadership and equality. Gayle is a board member of Ellevate Boulder, a mentor for the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, and a contributing member of the Feed the Frontlines effort for Boulder County during the Spring 2020 pandemic response. Gayle and her partner, Jeff, live in Boulder and enjoy cooking, traveling, and fly fishing together.

Betsy Doughty
Betsy Doughty heads up Partner Marketing for Hammerspace, responsible for the worldwide technology partner and channel marketing program. She is chair of the WILD Council, a non-profit in Boulder, Colorado, that provides networking opportunities for professional women leaders. She is also a Professional Mentor for the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business. She earned a BBA in Management and Marketing from the Price School of Business at the University of Oklahoma. She is an avid traveler, reader, fitness enthusiast, and English bulldog mom.

Tracy Dundon
Tracy Dundon serves on the Boulder Valley School District’s Title IX Stakeholder Council, working collectively to build systems, policies, and programs that move the district beyond Title IX compliance towards prevention, inclusion, and equity. She is passionate about elevating the voices of our youth and is a strong advocate for facilitating positive change through volunteering, legislation, film, and community engagement.
She began her career in logistics management within the pharmaceutical industry and later transitioned to a marketing consultant providing market-driven channel and strategic analysis for various telecommunication firms. Tracy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management from Michigan State University, and an MBA with a focus on marketing from DePaul University. She enjoys family time with her husband and three children, traveling, golf, long walks, and summers in Michigan.

Leslie Herz
Leslie Herz has been a top producing Realtor for over 18 years with Coldwell Banker and her and her team are well known for their high-touch concierge service that supports clients with everything from property valuation and staging to extensive marketing and skillful negotiation. As a CU graduate, Leslie has lived in Boulder County for most of her life and has a deep understanding of the unique qualities of the towns, schools, and pocket neighborhoods that Boulder County offers. Leslie also volunteers and supports Boulder Rotary Club, Community Food Share and is super excited to be involved with eliminating racism and empowering women as a member of the YWCA Board.

April Hicklin
April has helped develop a successful marketing consultancy firm and worked in property development in the UK and France.
April grew up in Iowa where she attended the University of Northern Iowa to earn her BA in Business Management. She then lived and worked professionally on both US coasts, obtained her Masters in Fashion Merchandising in Florence, Italy and ended up settling down and raising a family in London for the last 17 years. She moved back to the US in 2023 with her family and is in the process of developing her own property company in Boulder. April’s passions include sports, cooking, music, travel and most importantly her children and new puppy. Recently elected as president of the Colorado Junior Crew rowing club she is involved in the merger of that club with Mile High Rowing Colorado in Denver, aiming to create world class rowing in Colorado for junior athletes. She is excited to give back to her community here in Boulder by helping to empower women and end racism with the YWCA.

Lindsey Killion
Lindsey Killion currently serves as associate general counsel for Elevations Credit Union, a Boulder based non-profit financial institution serving the front range. As an attorney in the in-house corporate world for more than 13 years, she brings extensive knowledge of all things legal to the YWCA Board. Prior to her time with Elevations, she served as general counsel to a nationwide hospitality management company and educator on discrimination and harassment in the workplace. As an active member of both the Colorado and Boulder bar associations, she most recently was a volunteer judge for the Boulder County high school mock trial competitions. She graduated from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and earned a Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University. Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, playing tennis, catching a music festival at Planet Bluegrass, cooking, and gardening.

Emma Nicoletti
Emma is a marketing professional who harnesses the power of big data and emotional intelligence to catalyze action and innovation. Emma's career has been marked by her newest role as an Expert Product Manager at Acxiom and previously as Vice President of Data Science at Wiland, where her strategic insights drove transformative change. In parallel to her professional journey, Emma is pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and holds an MS in Statistics from the Colorado School of Mines. As a board member of the WILD Council, she also actively contributes to the community and the advancement of women in leadership. Emma is happiest with a book in her hands and a dog on her lap.

Jodeen Olguín-Tayler
Jodeen is a nationally recognized leader in racial justice and gender equity movements, and has served in executive roles across the private, nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. A sought-after social change strategist, she is known for centering equity and inclusion while driving large-scale advocacy and civic engagement programs, as well as designing winning public policy campaigns.
Jodeen is currently the Vice President at the Climate + Clean Energy Equity Fund; and previously served as Head of Strategic Partnerships and Growth for B Lab Global, Campaigns Director for the National Domestic Workers Alliance, Vice President at Demos and an advisor to the Movement for Black Lives policy coalition. She was a recipient of Esteé Lauder’s global Vital Voice fellowship award, and a Senior Fellow for Racial Justice and Inclusive Democracy at the Amalgamated Foundation. She serves as president of the board of trustees for the Chicana Climate Justice Fund and the Movement Voter Fund, as a board member for GALvanize USA and as an elected state committee member for the Colorado Working Families Party. As a community leader and Chicana mother from the ancestral homelands of the Pueblo (Tewa) and Ute people, Jodeen’s decades of work building movements that advance racial and gender equity are both an expression of love and of responsibility to steward resources for generations to come.

Cindy Sepucha
Cindy has worked in community engagement and the arts for over 10 years. She currently serves as the Manager of Artists and Venues in the City of Boulder’s Office of Arts and Culture. She also helps with development and communications for the Elevations Foundation, a local organization that supports the Colorado community with community grants for nonprofits, scholarships for local students and disaster relief. Cindy has volunteered with several local arts nonprofits, as well as Out Boulder County, Protect our Rivers, Downtown Boulder Partnership, Women’s Wilderness and is excited about helping YWCA Boulder County further it’s mission to empower women and end racism through her board service.

Dana Stillman
Dana is the founder and Chief of Inspiration at Inspire Graphic Design, established in 2010. With over 24 years of experience in the design industry, her work specializes in marketing graphic design and brand identity development by helping businesses and organizations develop targeted visual tools to drive their success forward. Her favorite part of being a graphic designer is discovering how each project can tell a story, impact an emotion, and motivate action. She is an alum of the University of Colorado Boulder, is the mother of two teens, and passionate about the work of the YWCA Boulder County and its impact around eliminating racism and empowering women. In her free time, she loves to travel, be outdoors on the water or skiing in the mountains, and spending time with her family and friends.

Krista Van DerVeer
Krista Van Derveer is a seasoned consultant and executive coach, specializing in supporting successful leadership relationships and fostering thriving organizations. She is passionate about advancing women in leadership and has developed resources to support their success. Krista and her husband have founded several businesses, including one of the fastest-growing companies in the US, and they are impacting lives globally through educational programs in integrative mental health and psychedelic-assisted therapy. Krista co-hosts "The Art Of We" podcast, exploring healthy, purpose-driven partnerships, and serves on the board of YWCA Boulder County, empowering women and eliminating racism.

Sandra Weeks
Sandra (Sandy) Weeks moved to Boulder in 1973 from the East Coast as a single mom. After working in several local cabinet shops and having worked for a General Contractor learning administrative skills, Sandy started Blue Spruce Construction Services in 1997. Sandy’s hard work and dedication have earned Blue Spruce consistent recognition, including such lists as Top Women Owned Businesses in Colorado, Top 25 Boulder County General Contractor, and Top 250 Private Companies in the State of Colorado. Her true measure of success is the valuable relationships she creates with clients, employees and her many wonderful friends.
Sandy has been actively involved in non-profit work for numerous years. She served on the Board of the YWCA and eventually became President of the Board in 2014. She has remained involved with the YWCA since completing her Board work in 2016. And in 2018 Sandy won Dancing with the Boulder Stars, a fundraising event for the YWCA! Sandy has recently rejoined the YW Board as she strongly believes in their mission to eliminate racism and empower women. She was on the Board of Directors for TGTHR, formerly Attention Homes, that works with unhoused youth. She recently rolled off the Board of Directors for the Colorado Chautauqua Association, which is a steward to the amazing Chautauqua campus and the many educational and cultural programs. She remains involved with CCA and is on the Preservation, Sustainability and Resilience Committee. Sandy is currently on the Board of Bridge House which provides a range of services to help adults experiencing homelessness. She also belongs to the Boulder Rotary and Zonta Clubs.
Sandy has two grown children, Meredith Reiff and Brad Weeks. She welcomed a new grandson, Laszlo Weeks, in October 2023 and has a 21 year old grandson, Ashton Wimmer, who is in the Air Force stationed in Phoenix.

Janet Eden-Harris
Janet has been blessed with an extensive career in technology, spanning both executive leadership as CEO, to roles as EVP of Marketing and Strategy for public companies and growth, as well as providing executive consulting for a variety of high-tech companies through her consulting practice. She is passionate about helping teams outperform their expectations and bringing great products to market, while trying her hand at being a runner, hiker, singer, mom to two amazing grown-ups and Nana to four girls getting ready to take on the world.

Nan Joesten
A reformed engineer and lawyer, Nan first honed her judgment through experience and training at Procter & Gamble. As a chemical engineering graduate of CU-Boulder, she guided manufacturing teams to deliver key factor performance, and later, as a brand manager, she led multi-functional teams to launch new products answering previously unmet consumer needs on time and under budget.
After law school at the University of California-Berkeley, Nan tried complex commercial and intellectual property cases and counseled a wide range of clients, from family-owned start ups to Fortune 50 companies, both in the U.S. and abroad, as a partner at a San Francisco firm. Nan chaired her firm’s professional development program, and as an early advocate for the advancement of women in the legal profession, founded her firm’s women’s initiative. Nan was national co-chair of the American Bar Association’s women trial lawyers committee, and she led the ABA’s Judicial Intern Opportunity Program in San Francisco, fundraising and recruiting judges to provide paid summer judicial clerkships for law students of color typically underrepresented in the profession. During her legal career, Nan served as president of the Berkeley Law Alumni Association. For her service to her alma mater, Nan received the UC Berkeley Trustees Citation Award, and was also honored with Berkeley Law’s Young Alumni Achievement Award.
Nan went on to found Rapid Evolution LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to accelerating professional growth through leadership training, professional development programs, and executive coaching. With her good-humored curiosity, clear thinking, and 30 years of organizational savvy, Nan discerns points of connection with clients that build relationships, grow leadership, and drive projects forward to success.
Passionate about public education and particularly the need for strong and inclusive STEM education, Nan served for many years on the Dean’s Engineering Advisory Council at CU-Boulder’s College of Engineering and Applied Sciences. During her tenure on the Advisory Council, she spearheaded a retention task force study to identify strategies to improve the retention and graduation rates of engineering students, particularly for female students and students of color. She later joined the College’s BOLD Center Advisory Council collaborating with stakeholders to advance justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion in the College. Nan is a recipient of CU-Boulder’s Distinguished Engineering Alumni Award, and the CU-Boulder Alumni Association’s Alumni Recognition Award.
Nan is a longtime member of the University of Colorado Foundation’s trustee group. The Foundation partners with the university to enhance philanthropic support for CU by serving as the portal for philanthropic giving across the university’s four campuses. Nan was elected to the governing board of directors for the CU Foundation, and served on the Finance and Operations, Compensation, and Investment Policy Committees. Nan eventually chaired the Foundation’s Finance and Operations Committee and became a member of the Governance Committee. She also served as the Foundation’s representative to the CU Presidential Search Committee that resulted in Todd Saliman becoming the 24th president of the University of Colorado in 2021.
Nan was introduced to the YWCA’s mission of eliminating racism and empowering women when she and her husband moved back to Boulder in 2013, and she quickly joined the YWCA of Boulder County board, eventually serving as board president. She was elected to the board of directors of YWCA USA in 2022, and has served on the Governance and Finance Committees. Nan became board treasurer in 2023, and is currently chair of the Finance Committee and a member of the Audit and Investment Committees.
Nan is sought after for her non-profit board expertise and enthusiasm for understanding the drivers of non-profit financial performance. She was elected in 2024 to the governing board of the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, where she serves as board treasurer and chair of the Audit & Finance Committee.
