- Young girls of color will forge new paths for their future in STEM careers starting with our STEM E3 program
- Latina High School students can depend on additional support and guidance to navigate their academic plans and achieve their dreams
- Thousands of elementary students will discuss bullying and racism in their classrooms, and their parents will learn how to talk to their kids about racism, with Reading to End Racism

Thank you to our Special Guests
The Raven Dancers is a group that studies and teaches Native American dance, music, and culture. We coordinate our efforts with elder members of the local Native American community. We are based in Denver, Colorado, and welcome people of all ages and ethnic origins. The Raven Dancers promote cultural understanding, diversity, and education.
At age 15, Raquel Garcia is bursting into the music industry with the unique talent, confidence, and vocal capabilities of an artist well beyond her years. Garcia caught the attention of legendary concert promoter Chuck Morris and has grown into a beloved local artist in the city of Denver since. She started out small but busy at age 13, and has graduated to perform in iconic lineups featuring the likes of Dave Matthews, Willie Nelson, and Bonnie Raitt. Her talent has also attracted the attention of Peter Asher, who, after gaining permission, had Raquel record two tracks originally written by Ed Sheeran & Matthew Sheeran.

Just like the hit TV show, local Celebrity Stars are paired with a professional dance instructor, fundraising for a dance competition to support YWCA Boulder County’s programs.
We hope you were able to join us in person or virtually for our 2022 Dancing with Boulder Stars on November 2, 2022. Thanks to the generous support of dancers, donors, and sponsors, we raised $105,000!

Your company or organization can put its values into action by sponsoring one of our fundraising events. An event sponsorship is truly a transformational gift that is multiplied many times and helps us meet our fundraising event goals to fuel the YWCA’s programs and services. Many businesses will also utilize an event sponsorship to demonstrate their commitment to the community and gain exposure with our event attendees and organization supporters (often directing a sponsorship from their marketing budgets).
Our event sponsorships are flexible and customizable to ensure it is mutually beneficial, and offer benefits including: event and award naming opportunities, awards presentation, logo in event presentations and programs, recognition in our monthly YWire eNewsletter, social media mentions, complementary event tickets, exclusive trainings for your employees, and more!
If you’re interested in sponsoring an event, please contact Robyn Hazlitt at rhazlitt@ywcaboulder.org or 303-443-0419×106.
