University Hill Reading Day

We always love bringing Reading to End Racism to University Hill Elementary! This school has a welcoming, inclusive, and friendly atmosphere that all our volunteers said they loved. On January 19, our wonderful volunteers read in 19 classrooms to a total of 388. As students walked by our table near the front office, many waved, asked about the program, or said hi if they saw their reader. The teachers gave us great feedback and shared their appreciation for coming into the school to reinforce the amazing work they are doing. Thank you University Hill for having us and we can’t wait for next year!
